What began in 2024 as Heartfelt Hands, a sophomore-year club at Staples, has grown into a team of 40+ students. Horizon Hub is the next chapter — turning our grassroots work into a digital resource hub for refugee and immigrant families.

About the Code
Horizon Hub uses Flowcode QR technology to make access simple and fast. Flyers with our QR code are posted in community hot spots — libraries, schools, shelters, and cultural centers — so families can scan and instantly connect to housing, healthcare, food, education, and more.
